Medium to big sized bunch, cylindrical, quite compact, often winged, it takes to medium spherical berries of rich yellow colour.

Vinification
|
The grapes are manually harvested, the vinification starts with a gentle pressing next the must obtained is allowed to settle. After 48 hours the must is removed from the lees at low temperatures. The now-clarified must ferments in temperature controlled (18° C) stainless steel tanks.

Wine
|
The hue is straw-yellow with golden highlights. Soft and refreshing with geranium typical notes and a pleasant citrusity blended into apricot reminiscences. Malvasia Istriana has a delicate nose of summer’ fruits.

What we eat with it
|
Istria raw langoustines, grilled anchovies with "radicchio" and beans salad, aubergine rolls stuffed with feta and Mediterranean herbs.
