Saturday, March 6th :: Buon Ricordo
Saturday, March 6th at Locanda Devetak in San Michele del Carso, a special lunch will brings together the Association of Plates Buon Ricordo collectors, Primosic wines and Gabriella delicacies.
The, hopefully, upcoming spring adds savory wild herbs to the Carso specialties creating new tastes which will offer unique experience and memories along with the plate to take home.
Uštili has chosen to welcome the group with Ribollanoir brut and proceed with 2008 Sauvignon Gmajne. With the main course he pairs Collio Rosso Metamorfosis 2005.
