Sunday, April 26th :: La Bottega di Via Montegrappa
Sunday, April 26th, Primosic’ wines will toast the opening of a new place in Bologna “La Bottega di Via Montegrappa” at via Montegrappa 13.
A special place created by Mrs. Elisabetta Martelli, which is intended to be a set of taste, meeting and events. There you’ll find, between others delicatessen, bread with mother’s yeast, hand made pasta rolled with the rolling pin by the so called “sfogline”. These women proudly and stubbornly keep alive the tradition, born from necessity and poverty, and which today suites the willingness to do not loose the savoury and diversity at the base of Italian cuisine in general and Bologna in particular.
For us Italians, bread, pasta and wines are fundamental, art of living, then there’ll be also a wine shop, where Massimo Crudeli, sommelier, has carefully selected the best Italian and French labels.
Primosic winery has been honored and enthusiast of being part of the official opening and to match their wines with the essence of food, in a mix of territory representations, Collio and Bologna, so close in the pursuit of true taste
