Thursday, August 26th :: A "Terroir" dinner
One of the meanings of Terroir means coming from somewhere, then well, come to Piccola Vienna in Gradisca on Thursday August 26 for dinner.
A great opportunity to explore this concept that applies to wines, but certainly also to the food. A dinner creates to match the most territory expressing wines: Ribolla Gialla and Refosco; two indigenous grapes that represent for Primosic the continuum of Oslavia hill becoming his interpretation.
