The Locanda Devetak last night hosted the sculptor Paolo Hrovatin and his fascinating works in Carso stone gifted to the guests of the beautiful... and tasty, dinner. Joyous opening with Ribollanoir bubbles to celebrate the white asparagus symbol of spring food.
