A special place for a special winemaker
Collio behind the scenes, this is the name given to April 29th event at Modo, Salerno.
Marko Primosic will acquaint with his Ribolla and his Oslavia.
An "ad hoc" dinner created to amalgamate the tipicity of Collio to the Mediterranean coast flavors.
Ribollanoir will introduce the eve paired to Fasolari and San Daniele ham.
Then Ribolla Gialla TY and Ribolla Riserva di Oslavia;Klin will close the night paired with soft polenta and Montasio cheese.
