Bunch: |
The small,
cylindrical, very compact, sometimes markedly winged bunch carries
small-sized elongated juicy grapes with pruinose skin. |

Vinification: |
Traditional white vinification. After the grapes are
harvested by hand, the vinification proceeds with a brief contact of
the must with the dregs; gentle pressing and cold washing of the must.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18°C in stainless
steel cisterns. |

Wine: |
Straw-yellow with coppery shades. Quite high alcoholic
content. Elegant body. Medium acidity. The bouquet is delicate and
clearly defined, recalling fresh bread. With ageing it gains a gentle
predominance of almond. |
