Straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Medium-high alcoholic content; this is a fine wine, delicate and with hints of bitter almonds and fruits; full and fat  body. Low acidity. This wine can be drunk as an aperitif; it goes well with lean and Italian-style appetisers (prosciutto for instance), soups and broths, saucy fish dishes. It should be served at 12°C.
